130+ Combat and one set of T80+ armour with T80+ weapon|s|
Example: Full Pernix with Royal Crossbow
Exceptions: Experienced Nex, KK (heal vokes), or Vorago tanks may use T70+ armour and weapon|s|

2200 Total Level or 300M Total Experience
